Owners of Clemens Kraft:

Clemens Kraft has owners with solid balance sheets and deep roots in Norway. Our majority owner is Allstad AS, formerly the Norwegian Foundation for Church Endowments (OVF), with a 50.1% ownership stake in Clemens Kraft. Allstad AS is subordinate to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. OVF was established in 1821 and manages assets that have historically been associated with the office of the clergy in Norway, which has managed large forest and agricultural properties.

The remaining 49.9% of the share capital is owned by CPV/CAP Pension Fund Coop (CPV). CPV was founded in 1909 and is the pension fund of the Swiss Coop Group. They manage approximately EUR 12 billion. CPV has significant investments in renewable energy, including solar and wind power, and Clemens Kraft is their first investment in hydropower.
