Øvrebø power plant commissioned
After having been in operation since December 2021 and August 2022, it was time for the official opening of both Kupekraft and Øvrebø power plants. With an annual production of 10 GWh and 25 GWh, Øvrebø and Kupe supply electricity to 1,800 households in the area.

We asked former mayor and municipal council representative Oddmund Klakegg to cut the ribbons at both power plants, together with our own Knud Nørve. Most of the landowners, suppliers, contractors and local press were in attendance. We would like to emphasize how important it has been throughout the process to maintain good dialogue with positive landowners, and we look forward to many years of good production!
